The Nigerian army has
released a poster of its 100 "most wanted" Boko Haram suspects,
appealing to the public for information about their whereabouts.
See photo below;
The poster, published
in English and the local languages of Hausa and Kanuri, and with three hotline
numbers, was launched on Wednesday in the northeastern city of Maiduguri.
The army will now
display photographs, and a banner of 100 suspected Boko Haram members in
Maiduguri, Borno state for easy identification of such criminal elements.
And to this end, the
army chief has called for greater cooperation between the military and
civilians.
He also urged residents
with knowledge of the whereabouts of the sect members to contact the military
as any information leading to the arrest of suspects would be rewarded.
