1. No crying in your beer about how the ex did you wrong. Don’t say he was a jerk, that he drove too fast or that he spent all your money or any sort of bad/negative comment. All that does is reduce your worth in his eyes. Leave the “poor me”story out of the conversation. Besides, it is none of his business. If he asked about your ex, simply say, “Long and boring story.{Yawn}. Translation: “Over It.
2. Don’t start talk about places you would love to have s8x or what your favorite humping music is. He doesn’t marry the girl who tells him, in the first phone conversation, she likes being “spanked by daddy” with a broken antenna in the backseat of a car.
3. Plan activities. Don’t start the dating pattern of hanging out and watching videos. Not unless you want dinner reservations to sound like this: “We’ll have two two cheeseburgers and large fries with some drink. I will drive around and pick that up at the second window.”
4. Dress a little sexy, but not too revealing. When you show a little but not everything his read is, “Now that is a woman who is in control.”
5. Avoid heavy petting on the couch or bed until you are 100 percent ready to go the distance. Its always safe to kiss while standing vertically in a door or lobby. There is a good reason they call it ” The Horizontal Mambo”.
6. Invite him in before you leave for your dinner date. Let him pick up six thirty if the reservations are for seven thirty. Have a glass of wine and let him meet the cat or the dog. This helps break the ice and prevent late night access. Then when you send him on his way at the end of the date, it wont seem so impersonal.
7. When the kissing starts getting heated and you want to stop, don’t say “quit it” or “stop it” or “knock it off” like a whinny young girl. The key is to stop him with your body language. If his hands is trying to do a meet-and-greet with your derriere, this is a good time to reach back there and then gently ease away. “We’ll miss the show if we don’t get going”. This also exudes that you are a woman in control. Now he is force to feel respect for you.
Its best to avoid heavy petting on the couch for another reason: If you bring him on the point of no return and then hit the kill switch at the last minute, he will resent it. Besides, you wont sound too convincing if you say, “Not yet. I want it to be special”. Especially if you’ve been dry humping him for an hour and your hand keeping it warm in hid boxers when you break the news. It is a little too late to stop the fiesta when his tool is doing the cha-cha, and the “Boot Scooting Boogie” in his britches.
